Tomorrow, the worldwide beta will begin for Monster Hunter: World, however, players will need to have a PlayStation Plus subscription. Currently available to preload, it’ll be available until December 12th.
Old fans and new players can expect to see a wealth of fresh content. Included in this beta will be three distinct monsters to defeat (the Great Jagras, Anjanath and Barroth) across three different quests, in two areas. Obviously, this will open up massively in its final release, but it’s a nice section to be playing early, nonetheless. All three of these quests can be completed solo or players can hop into co-op gameplay to tackle these beasts with up to three other users. There’ll also be 14 weapons to choose from, all of which offer different playstyles.
Monster Hunter: World is due for release on January 26th, 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
